Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Scope of Application

These Shipping and Payment Terms govern the international shipment of goods supplied by DMA Transmission. All international deliveries are executed exclusively via EMS (Express Mail Service).

The present document forms an integral part of all sales contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Shipping Method

2.1 All shipments are dispatched exclusively through EMS.
2.2 Shipment shall be executed only after full and confirmed payment.
2.3 A tracking number shall be provided upon dispatch.
2.4 Estimated delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure shall not constitute contractual breach.

3. EMS International Shipping Tariff

(Prices excluding VAT)

Shipping charges are calculated based on gross weight and official EMS zoning classification.

4. Zoning Classification

Zone I – Neighboring Balkan Countries
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia.

Zone II – European Countries
Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

Zone III – North America
United States of America, Canada.

Zone IV – Rest of the World
All countries not listed under Zones I–III including countries in Asia, Africa, South America and Oceania.

5. Customs and Import Duties

All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance costs and other governmental charges in the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the recipient.

DMA Transmission shall not be liable for delays, storage charges, confiscations or refusals caused by customs authorities.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment must be completed in full prior to shipment.
6.2 Accepted payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

• Credit/Debit Card (Virtual POS where available)

Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment is received.
